    The 2011 USAWKF National Taolu Team Trials will be held by from June 25-26 (Sat. & Sun.), 2011 in the San Jose Civic Auditorium in the San Jose California. This event is hosted by USAWKF and organized by the National Tai Chi Wellness Foundation and Li's Wushu Academy in Cupertino, California.

    This event is to be held in conjuction with the 2011 USAWKF Golden State International Wushu Championships. The goal of the Team Trials is to select the highest level and best combination of wushu athletes. This is a biennial, high-caliber wushu competition to select the 2011 U.S. National Wushu Team. During the Trials, A, B and C teams will be selected. Team A will represent the US and compete in the upcoming 11th World Wushu Championships to be held in Ankara, Turkey in October of 2011. The athletes will serve as members of the US National Wushu Team for a period of two years (2011-2013). The B and C team members will serve as alternate members. The Team Trials will also be a great opportunity for wushu athletes to gain national level competition experience.
